ESB Networks has bolstered its fleet of light commercial vehicles with the recent addition of two new Mercedes-Benz 516 Sprinter vans.

Factory paint finished in ESB Networks distinctive yellow livery, the new units will soon be going into operation at the Company’s Wilton and South Lotts Road depots, from where they will be put through their paces, carrying out MV / LV cable fault and diagnostic work.

Both Sprinters boast automatic transmission, four-wheel drive and come fitted with electrical test equipment.

Along with a 360 degree parking camera, safety features include Active Brake Assist, Crosswind Assist and Attention Assist, coupled with driver and passenger airbags and seat belt reminders.
