Mirka has added an innovative polishing compound to the well-known Polarshine range.

Polarshine 12 is a water based and silicone free one step polishing compound that removes scratches from P2500 or finer, depending on the surface and polishing pad. Mirka says it offers a perfect balance of haze and hologram versus speed of cut.

The product is recommended to be used with various combinations of Mirka polishing pads and polishers for perfect polishing results.

• Polarshine 12 + Yellow Wool Pad, is for achieving a fast cut. It leaves more haze and holograms and is suitable for Tier1application area using polishing machine: Mirka® RP2 300NV.
• Polarshine 12 + White Foam Pad is for achieving a fast cut with good gloss. Application area is AOEM hard clear coats using polishing machine: Mirka® ROP2 312.
• Polarshine 12 Yellow + Yellow Waffle Foam Pad achieves an optimal cut and gloss. Application area is Tier 1 and AOEM medium hard clear coats using polishing machine: Mirka® ROP2 312NV.
• Polarshine 12 + Orange Waffle Foam Pad achieves an excellent finish. Application area is Tier 1 and AOEM softer clear coats using polishing machine: Mirka® ROP2 312NV.
