Formalities have now been completed in the management buy out of Europ Assistance UK & Ireland and the new company known as Aria Assistance is now fully operational.

Aria Assistance will continue to offer a full underwriting and assistance service and will retain full access to Europ Assistance Group's worldwide network. Management at Aria Assistance say that the new structure allows greater flexibility to focus on the development of new and innovative solutions in the marketplace. The new company will continue to operate from offices in Navan.

The company has already been active and has expanded through the acquisition of Premier Occupational Healthcare a former partner of Europ Assistance and expert in the fields of regulatory compliance needs of employee health. As part of Aria Assistance, POH will remain a distinct business in its own right.
