Stuart, who is a Sales Manager for NGK Spark Plugs completed the course in 5hrs 44 mins, beating his previous time by more than thirty minutes.

Over the past few years Stuart has raised a £62,500 for the DSA via a number of fund-raising exploits including sponsored cycle rides in Europe and New Zealand. He commented, “I knew what to expect having competed last year and once again the crowds were fantastic and really supportive. It was estimated about one million people were on the streets cheering on the runners which is amazing.”
