There will be many garages and accident repair centres, that have spent a long time agonising over whether to operate their own recovery vehicles or out-source work to a third party recovery operator. The relationship between a garage or bodyshop and a recovery operator has to be a partnership based on trust and mutual understanding, and when it works well everyone benefits, especially the stranded motorist.

A prime example of how such partnerships can operate very successfully over a long period of time, is the strong working relationship between Pat Keogh Towing Services and accident repair centre Westley Motors. The two companies have been working together for over twenty years.

Westley Motors is one of Ireland's premier accident repair centres, with a high tech facility carrying out work on all types of cars, with an excellent reputation for first class workmanship.

Westley Motors Managing Director, Joe Biggs recognises the importance that roadside assistance and recovery plays in his business and is happy to trust this side of the operation to Pat Keogh and his team. He says, "The recovery aspect of our operation is usually the first contact a customer has with our business, so it is vital that the service given is first class." He adds, "Having worked with Pat Keogh for many years we know we can have complete confidence in the level of service they provide, in terms of response times, driver courtesy and onward travel assistance."

From Pat Keogh's perspective, Westley Motors provides a regular and reliable source of work, which has consistently grown over the years. Pat says, "Our staff and the staff at Westley work closely together, to provide what we believe is the very best service a driver can get in a post accident situation."
