Ring Automotive has announced that Managing Director, Andy Gratton, will step down from his role following a successful tenure leading the business.

Since joining the company, Andy has played a pivotal role in guiding Ring through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the company expanded its product portfolio, strengthened customer relationships and successfully navigated several industry wide challenges. His passion, strategic insight and dedication to people have left a lasting legacy within the organisation.

Replacing Andy, Ring has announced the internal promotion of Nick Davy to Managing Director. Nick, who has been with the business for over four years, most recently served as Operations Director. In that role, he drove major improvements in supply chain performance, operational efficiency, product quality and customer service. His deep knowledge of the business and strong record of delivery position him well to lead Ring into its next phase.

“I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved during my time at Ring,” said Andy Gratton. “It’s been a privilege to work with such a passionate and committed team. We have built a talented leadership group that is ready to take the business forward. Nick is an outstanding leader who knows Ring inside and out and I’m confident he’ll continue to drive the company forward.”

Commenting on his appointment, Nick Davy said: “I’m honoured to be stepping into the role of Managing Director. Ring is a business with great people, strong values and a clear ambition for the future. I look forward to building on the solid foundations Andy has established and working closely with our customers, partners and team to continue our growth and evolution.”

Ring Automotive remains committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and delivering value across the automotive aftermarket. This leadership transition marks an exciting new chapter for the company as it continues to invest in its future as part of the ams OSRAM group.
