Semperit has introduced the Speed-Life; a tyre designed for the more powerful models in the family, compact family and small car classes.  Two-thirds of car sales in Ireland are made up of these three segments. Brands like Volvo and BMW have entered these spaces, bringing along higher performance models. Most offerings in the Focus and Golf segment now come in high performance versions, with average bhp in excess of 170.

Semperit is urging drivers of these models to ensure their tyres are in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer guidelines. The Speed-Life is specifically aimed at this market, providing an affordable option without compromising on safety or performance.

A replacement for the Semperit Direction-Sport, the Speed-Life improves on its predecessor’s handling ability, comfort levels and braking distances on wet and dry roads.  The use of advanced generation silica compound gives the tyre excellent handling in the wet as well as reduced fuel consumption. The Speed-Life is available in 15” to 19” sizes, from all Semperit stockists.
