Shaftec on route to 654 new parts additions this year

Transmission specialist, Shaftec, says it expects to launch 654 new to range product references this year. This announcement follows reports that 2018 was the businesses best and busiest year to date.


Already In 2019, Shaftec has introduced in excess of 200 new references. These include Electric Power Steering (EPS) columns for Ford Fiesta mkVII (2008-2013), Opel Corsa E (2014-present) and Opel Zafira mkIII P12 (2011 – present).

Shaftec director, Tom Curtis commented: “At Shaftec we put the customer at the very heart of our business and are proud of the premium product we supply. We make it our business to be first to market with new products as soon as possible after the emergence of new makes and models, giving our customers fast access to the products they need.” He adds, “With our remanufactured products produced in-house to matching OE quality standards, we have total control over the materials and processes which are used to make our products.”
