Sealey’s Tools and Equipment has announded that its new Service Centre is now open and fully operational.

The new facility sits alongside the existing 14 acre site, occupying a 7 acre plot. It incorporates the main servicing workshops, specialist testing areas and spare parts facilities along with additional warehousing. The centre is home to 28 highly skilled service engineers who utilising the additional workspace can ensure a speedy turnaround on all servicing requirements.

Sealey has built a strong repuation for first class after sales service and the addition of the new service centre is key to ensuring that such levels of service can be enhanced as the company continues to grow.

Recognising the need for fast dispatch of all products and spare parts, Sealey offers same day dispatch on all orders received before 5.30pm, with items ordered being in stock 99.85% of the time.

Sealey currently list over 130,000 different spare parts with an inventory value of £2.5million and aim to carry spare parts for at least seven years if a product is discontinued. The additional warehousing space within the new service centre means that Sealey will be able to further increase the number of different spare parts that they stock, in line with the future growth of their catalogue which currently contains over 8,000 products.
