Pro-Align used the Automechanika Birmingham exhibition to show its latest alignment innovation the Hunter Quick Check Drive system.

This is a touchless drive through alignment checking system, that utilises 32 lasers and 8 cameras to delivers total toe and camber measurement results. It can immediately identifying additional alignment opportunities within seconds. Additionally the cameras capture 40+ images that give added protections against false damage claims.

The system scans the car in seconds with no technician involvement, meaning it can revolutionise the way a workshop gains alignment business. Depending on placement it can mean the data is ready at service reception as soon as the customer enters the premises. With over 60% of vehicles on the road, in need of an alignment, the Quick Check Drive enables ultra fast misalignment diagnosis and can provide a very significant boost for business.

Also on the Pro-Align stand for the first time was Hunters new Quick Tread Edge, tread depth reader and Hunter’s new SmartWeight Pro an entry level wheel balancer which greatly impressed visitors with it ease of operation.
