Autobiz is pleased to invite all those involved in the Irish automotive

industry, to an IMI presentation this Wednesday at the Fitzgerald Hotel, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22. The evening will include two interesting presentations from IMI CEO Steve Nash and industry expert Richard Owen, who will focus on practical ways of developing new business.

The event takes place this Wednesday 18th September, with a 7:30pm start at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22.

IMI CEO Steve Nash will update attendees on the latest developments at the IMI, and how these benefit them and the wider motor trade. Steve Nash was formerly After Sales Director of BMW UK and has great industry insight and will make time to answer questions from those attending. He will look in particular at the new IMI professional register, as well as the many other benefits of IMI membership such as CPD, professional recognition, consumer confidence, regulating the Motor Industry and advances in quality training.

Steve’s presentation will be followed by a concise lecture from prestigious industry expert Richard Owen called “Automotive Industry; Developing Future Business.” Richard is a Director at AIT Training Developments Limited, a leading training, personal development, coaching and business consultancy service to the motor industry. Richard will look at emerging trends across the industry in Ireland, the UK and globally, focusing on measures that need to be acted upon to develop and sustain business. The lecture will be of interest to all types of business, from the small Independent garage or body repairer to the larger franchise dealer.
