German lubricant and additive specialist MANNOL has introduced a new workshop essential product in the form of 9880 Copper Spray in  a 500ml size. 

This is a universal separating copper aerosol lubricant for various equipment operating under any loads, including high loads and exposed to high temperatures, high humidity and aggressive environments. It is used to ensure easy disassembly of connections after long-term operation. 

The spray provides a copper powder which effectively coats the treated surfaces and gives them excellent lubricating properties. It has an excellent separating action for metals and alloys in any combination and effectively protects against all types of corrosion. 

It offers excellent adhesion, does not separate and does not splatter even with rapid rotation of the treated surface. It also delivers reduced noise, creaking and vibration, is resistant to hot and salt water and protects against welding of contact surfaces, spikes and carbon deposits. 

MANNOL Copper Spray is suitable for the repair and reduction of noise of all types of brake systems including disc and drum. It offers effective lbrication and corrosion protection of propeller shaft joints, movable screw pairs, hubs, spark plug threads, screw connections, bolts, screws, etc.. It also offers separating lubrication and protection against welding, burning and jamming of thermally loaded parts (connections of the exhaust system, heat exchangers, boilers, turbines and other thermal equipment).

The product comes in a 500ml aerosol spray can and has a shelf life of 5 years.
