Ott Tänak and Martin Jarveoja have claimed second place for the Niterra-sponsored M-Sport Ford World Rally Team at the Croatia Rally 2023.

The pair finished behind former M-Sport driver Elfyn Evans in their Ford Puma Hybrid Rally1 car which featured the name of ex-M-Sport driver Craig Breen who was tragically killed in an accident earlier this month.

Following the race, Tanak said, “Result-wise, it's a lot for sure. For sure we are missing a lot of consistency and also performance as well. We got some good points and hopefully the speed will follow."

Tänak is now in fourth position in the drivers’ championship with the M-Sport Ford team in third.

Mark Hallam, Marketing Manager for NGK-brand owner Niterra UK Ltd, said, “It was an emotional rally following the tragic news about Craig but the M-Sport team fought hard to claim a place on the podium.”
