Hella Ireland has announced the introduction of a full range of automotive coil springs to its product line-up. The new springs are part of the NF Parts range and are sourced from the No.1 European spring manufacturer.

Hella says that each NF Parts spring goes through a rigorous production and testing regime, covering five crucial stages, to ensure that it can meet the highest quality and performance requirements. This includes; Cold Coiling, Heat Treatment, Shot Peening, Pre-setting / testing and Protection. This five-stage process allows Hella to be so confident in the quality, that a 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects applies to every reference.

Every coil spring manufactured for NF Parts, also fully meets the requirements of European Suspension Spring Quality Legislation 1400/2002 & 461/2010 while the manufacturing plants meet TS16949 and ISO9001 standards. The NF Parts range features over 500 Coil Spring references, giving in excess of 95% market coverage.

NF Parts is a new range of high quality automotive parts, brought to the market by the Nordic Forum, a wholesale organisation with interests across 7 countries including Ireland and one of the top 10 vehicle spare parts wholesaling organisations in Europe.

The Nordic Forum’s philosophy is to offer top OE brands such as Hella, Bosch, SKF, ELF, Contitech and many more. However, as the vehicle parc ages across Europe, the Forum members have recognised the need to have an offering for these older vehicles. This has brought about the introduction of NF Parts, a development that allows Hella Ireland to achieve its objective of 95% car parc coverage for its products.

In addition to new coil springs, there are a wide range of parts within the NF parts portfolio, including brake pads and discs, and hand brake and clutch cables, with plans to add additional ranges over the coming months. Parts are sourced mainly from plants that already produce OE or OE matching components with all TUV, ISO and ECE approved.

All NF Parts are also fully detailed on the TecDoc system. For further details contact Hella Ireland on 01-862-0000.
