Tomorrow’s technology today from Pro-Max CE Induction tool

A machine that can help remove dents, seam sealers, vinyl, glass, fasteners, and much more, sounds like it could be a major asset to any workshops. It is futurist technology, but it is available now in the shape of the Inductor Pro-Max CE and its various attachments.

Due to the wide range of applications the attachments cover, the Pro-Max CE has changed how many technicians work today. The Induction Innovation’s product uses high-frequency magnetic fields to quickly heat the ferrous metal to release it from corrosion or thread-lock compound, without the dangers of open flame. Heat is localised on the part and not the surrounding area, resulting in less collateral damage than a torch. Another benefit of this localised heat is that parts can be reused saving you money and helping cut waste.

The Inductor Pro-Max CE has three primary attachments that come with the unit; the Concentrator (U-411), Fast-off Pad (U-211) and Glass Blaster (U-311). Several other options are also available including; the U-555 (our Mini-Ductor attachment), Rosebud (U-511), and the PDR Baton (U-111) making this a truly versatile tool.

The PDR Baton (U-111) is for paintless dent repair on soft dents allowing heat around the crown of the dent while having the comfort style of a pen.

The Fast-off Pad (U-211) removes graphics, emblems, and other pieces stuck onto ferrous metal parts of the car or van, such as vinyl stickers.

The Glass Blaster (U-311) allows for easy removal of different pieces of auto glass, saving labour time by heating the pinch weld on the vehicle and releasing the urethane line in minutes.

The Concentrator (U-411) is one of the most all-around attachments that exist for this unit. It can help remove fasteners and be used to heat and remove the seam sealer found on the roof of a vehicle.

The Rose Bud (U-511) is the attachment that allows for heating and working with the frame of a vehicle. The air hose for the attachment helps keep the attachment cool while being able to deliver the heat that is needed.

Finally, the U-555 is based on our patented Mini-Ductor. This unit packs a punch, running 200% more efficiently than the  Mini-Ductor II CE and Venom CE.

The Inductor Pro-Max CE functions on 220 volts and is operated by a pneumatic foot switch that is contained inside the bellows and hose. It also has an audio and visual power indicator that is built into the unit. The knob on the front of the unit allows for easy control of the power outflow from 0 to 2000W.
