FAI Timing Chain Kits now with QR code link to tech data

Parts specialist FAI has created a new FAI webpage, separate from its main resources at faiauto.com, that is linked to QR codes placed on FAI packaging.

QR Code labels can now be found on all FAI Timing Chain Kits. This means a quick scan provides instant access to a very extensive data resource, designed to give the technician essential information and fitting guidance.

The site includes all relevant information, including technical fitment data, product images, FAI Guarantee details, and correct oil grade data, which is essential for correct timing chain operation. Many documents are available in multiple languages.

The information can also be accessed by going to catalogue.faiauto.com/productfinder

The resource is regularly updated with the very latest information and is more comprehensive than printed materials included with the kits. It is completely free and currently available in English, Italian, German, French, Polish, Spanish and Portuguese.

Making the information digital is also a greener means of delivery estimated to save 15 tonnes CO² emissions.
