Bodyshop equipment experts Car-O-Liner have introduced the CDR1 Cosmetic Dent Repair Workstation, designed for the repair of small to medium body damage.

Car-O-Liner says the CDR1 is a value-packed repair station that allows workshops to quickly and efficiently provide professional repairs of light cosmetic damage on steel or aluminium body parts. This will allow bodyshops to increased revenues by offering quick cosmetic collision repairs. These are important to repair centres, especially at present, as they generate good margins, faster cycle times and a decreased need for investments in expensive, heavy equipment. The CDR1 also meets OEM demands for smart, quick repair solutions.

The unit includes a wide range of colour-coded tools, neatly arranged to preserve tool integrity and make identification easier. Each drawer has a custom, padded insert: steel, aluminium, glue, holder and push-pull kits.

Three kit options are on offer. The Basic Kit contains equipment and materials for steel and aluminium repair, including the workstation and the CR235 Combi Spotter.The advanced Kit includes all that the Basic Kit has to offer, plus an additional drawer for repair using glue. Holding and Push-Pull drawers are added to the Advanced Kit to produce the Master Kit.

With its small footprint the Car-O-Liner CDR1 workstation is perfect for all workshops. The workstation may be rolled to wherever it is needed and offers a true total repair solution for small to medium collision damage repair.

The new CDR 1 has also recently been approved for use by Daimler AG joining many other Car=O-Liner equipment items as recommended by the leading car maker, including, BenchRack; 6300, 5500 & 5000, EVO™ 1-2-3, CMI3000 II, PNP90 XT2 and Car-O-Tronic® Vision2 X2 & X3.
