Offering effective protection to spray painters has become increasing critical over recent years as the health risk of the job have become ever more apparent. Striking the right balance between safety and comfort can prove difficult, but now there is now a highly effective solution available from Campbell Machinery in the shape of the RPB T-Link. This is a cost-effective replacement/disposable hood that allows the sprayer total flexibility and comfort but also delivers a high level of protection.

Ian Campbell of Campbell Machinery says, "It wasn’t so very long ago that effective in-booth protection meant inconvenient and expensive fit testing, plus an endless battle of ensuring your employees were clean shaved on the job. With RPB T-Link you have none of these issues just a high level of protection combined with first class user comfort.”

The RPB T-Link disposable hood is derived from the renowned RPB Z-Link platform. It is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications and has been widely adopted as an effective means of in-booth protection by many bodyshops. It comes with a host of attachments, making it more of a complete system that stand-alone product.

Ian says, "The T-Link has been engineered to advance operative safety, but also has many innovative design features that can help to make a job easier and there-by increase your productivity. It offers an unbeatable level of user comfort because of its fully-adjustable, padded head suspension system that ensures the respirator will always turn with your head. It is a system that really works with you, not against you.”

Ian adds that the hood is available with lightweight Bump Cap or Hard Hat System, while it also provides certified eye protection, and has the option of clip in ear defenders. The product features a Tyvek cover which is securely attached to the helmet, providing a 1000+ Protection Factor. It also eliminates overspray from getting on the users head and neck, and provides airflow around the users head and face, keeping them cool, comfortable and alert when spraying.

When the cover gets beyond use, it is easily replaced, meaning ongoing respirator maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.
