Braking specialist ATE had its products on display on the Continental stand in the main Forum at Automechanika Frankfurt, with two key featured ranges ATE Ceramic Brake Pads and ATE Electronic Parking Brakes.

ATE Ceramic brake pads are a new generation of low-abrasion brake pads that keep wheel rims looking cleaner for longer. The high quality of the pads was recently reflected, with a first place ranking in the comprehensive ADAC brake test, together with ATE Original brake discs.

Thanks to their special formulation, ATE Ceramic brake pads have less abrasion, which not only reduces wear but also benefits the environment. At the same time, they have excellent braking performance for maximum safety.

ATE Electronic Parking Brakes can simplify the replacement of these components for workshops offering both motors and preassembled caliper-motor units as original ATE parts all in OEM quality.  These are available for many high-volume models made by VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat, including VW Golf VII Arteon, Audi A3, Skoda Superb and Seat Leon as well as other European manufacturers.

By offering both the motor and preassembled kit with caliper ATE is providing workshops with repair solutions to satisfy customer needs economically, without compromising on quality. Drivers who opted for coloured brake calipers when they bought a new car also do not have to compromise on style as in addition to its standard product, ATE offers calipers in matt black, tornado red and ultramarine blue, just like the originals.
