Laser Tools has introduced a new kit which allows garages to keep labour costs down when removing Opel rear trailing arm bushes.

The Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bush Kit (part number 7829) is designed for easy, in situ removal and installation of these bushes on the Opel Combo-D van (from 2012) and Fiat Doblo van (from 2010). Fiat Bush number: OEM 51944158, 51944164, 5190336.

With the kit there is no need to remove the rear trailing arm from the vehicle. The technician simply releases and lowers the trailing arm, marks the location of the bush position in the arm, then uses the kit to push the old bush out, and subsequently push the new bush in. Laser says this is a precisely engineered kit that will not damage the trailing arm or new bush being fitted.

The new kit is now available from Laser Tools stockist.
