Hella have announced a joint venture with Otto Nussbaum. They will work together to meet the demands of the growing market for air-conditioning servicing, in view of statutory changes related to refrigerants.

The 50:50 joint venture between Automotive Testing Technologies GmbH (ATT), a 100% subsidiary of Otto Nussbaum GmbH, and Hella Gutmann Holding GmbH (HGH) will lead to Hella Nussbaum Solutions GmbH, which will be based in Kehl-Auenheim, Germany.

The product portfolio of Hella Nussbaum Solutions will cover air-conditioning service equipment, tools, service parts and consumables, as well as liquids for vehicle air-conditioning systems and engine cooling (thermal management). Dynamic services based on the example of Hella Gutmann Solutions GmbH will support the products.

The benefit of this joint venture will be felt by the garages: as early as the difficult conversion phase to the new refrigerant HFO 1234yf and in the future garages will profit from the know-how of a thermal management specialist, with a closely meshed sales network.

A complete range of air-conditioning service equipment can be sourced from Hella, contact them on 01-862-000 for further information on products and applications.
