Parts specialist Blue Print has been reflecting on 2023, a year when the brand introduced 875 new articles to the range.

In braking, the Blue Print's range of over 5,000 braking components are designed and manufactured to meet OE standards and undergo stringent quality checking. It includes R90 compliant Brake Discs, Pads and Shoes, with Brake Discs benefiting from a coated hub/outer periphery and machine cross ground finish as standard. Last year saw 261 new introductions to the Blue Print braking range, including; 19 brake pads, with one of the top Irish highlights being:

ADBP420134, Brake Pad Set, (OE No. 58101-N7A20) for the Hyundai Tucson (2020 on) and Kia Sportage (2021 on).

34 new brake discs were added to the range with a highlight being:

ADBP430135, Brake Disc, (OE No. 42431-12270) to fit Toyota Auris, Corolla (2018 on).

Blue Print's all makes clutch range contains over 1,000 kits and 1,000 components for Asian and European passenger cars and light-commercial vehicles. Blue Print is constantly adding new products to the range, with all of these extensively tested at the Competence Centre in Durmersheim, Germany.

75 new to range clutch introductions were made in 2024. Highlights which have become fast movers included:

ADBP300047, Clutch Kit, (OE No. 3125052260 S2) to fit: Toyota Auris (2006 to 2018), Toyota Corolla (2005 to 2019), Toyota Yaris (2005 on).
ADBP300075, Clutch Kit, (OE No. 16 710 435 80 S1), to fit some of Ireland’s most popular LCVs, the Citroen Relay; Fiat Ducato; and Peugeot Boxer (2006 on).

The SMARTFIT kits from Blue Print are a high-quality aftermarket alternative to Self-Adjusting Clutches. They offer quick and easy fitment because conventional clutch covers are used and no special tools are required to install them. There is no need to secure the clutch cover without applying a counterforce. This not only significantly reduces the time required, but also the risk of incorrect installation.

Blue Print also offers a range of 2,850 all makes filtration components which are designed, manufactured and extensively tested to meet OE standards and undergo a stringent 3-stage quality control process. Blue Print also has a 'Fast to Market' philosophy with constant research and development of the filtration range to guarantee that it provides the right filters, for the right applications, at the right time.

75 new filtration introductions were made in 2023, including, 32 air filters, 33 cabin filters, 12 fuel filters and 12 oil filters.

Blue Print also increased its range of traction battery compartment cabin filters with the range expanded to 9 articles covering 54 hybrid and electric vehicle applications. These filters are designed to protect the cooling air intake for the high-voltage traction battery and, as a result, provide an interesting opportunity in the aftermarket for the ever-growing hybrid/electric vehicle sector; with the additional advantage of limited competition in the aftermarket.
