The Common Rail High Pressure Tester (Part No. JOCR1600M) is an analogue unit with various connection lines for checking the high-pressure pump and system when cranking or running. The tester can read from 0-2000 bar and comes with two sets of ultra flexible hoses and a built-in safety valve all in a sturdy carry case.

 

Fuel Rail Blanking Plugs (Part No. JOCR1600CF) allows a technician to blank out each cylinder one by one, when checking the common rail fuel pressure in a non-start situation. This highly useful kit includes 6 x 12mm plugs and 6 x 14mm plugs in a convenient storage case.

 

A.D.S also offer a set of 8 Dummy Regulators for Common Rail (Part No. JOCR1600FRN). These offer a simple and effective way to determine if the fault is with the regulator or the pump. Included in the kit are dummy regulators for Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens regulators, various O-rings and a special attachment for removing the Siemens regulating valve, all in a tough storage case.
