As the 2012 British Touring Car Championship revs up for the first round at Brand’s Hatch on April Fool’s Day, Honda Racing is gearing up for another exciting season. They have just announced that Yuasa Batteries are on board again as sponsors through Yuasa Battery Sales (UK) Ltd - the UK market leader for Automotive Aftermarket, Industrial and Motorcycle Batteries. The company is continuing its significant sponsorship of Honda Racing's Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) team for the forthcoming 2012 season which will be the third year that Yuasa has supported the all-conquering Honda Racing team as one of the principal sponsors and racing fans can look forward to seeing Yuasa branding when the all-new Civic currently being built makes its BTCC debut on April 1.

Last year was an exciting season of racing when Honda with support from Yuasa won three of the major 2011 British Touring Car Championship trophies: the Manufacturers/Constructors title, the HiQ Teams' Trophy, and the Drivers' Championship.
