Spray gun manufacturer SATA was once again a major presence at Automechanika Birmingham with its new Custom Design Gun concept getting particular attention.

SATA guns are often not just highly sought after for their outstanding spraying performance, but are also in high demand because of their correctability. Building on this idea, SATA can now offer purchasers the opportunity to create their own uniquely personalised SATAjet 5000 B gun.

The body of the gun can be personalised with the purchasers own choice of images such as family, holidays, pets or a dream car and the quick and easy process can be done via an online configurator. At the same time the purchaser can also choose options such as non-digital or digital spray gun, select nozzle size and technology, according to their requirements.

Personalisation is achieved by selecting a background colour, uploading some favourite pictures and then adjusting the design through the control elements. The design can then be saved and the individual spray gun can be ordered from the SATA online shop. Each unique SATAjet 5000 B will then be individually manufactured and shipped to the purchaser with carriage paid by SATA.
