Outstanding motorsport performance from MOTUL
Share:

Circuit racing and rallies provides the ultimate test for engine lubricants and MOTUL is one company that is renown throughout the motorsport world for its outstanding levels of engine oil performance.

MOTUL benefits from a state of the art development laboratory which allows it to test lubricant in the most extreme racing conditions. It also has a proud heritage in motorsport dating back many decades. This includes a track record of innovation which included the very first 100% synthetic lubricant ever designed for cars, its famous aeronautical technology derived 300V oil. Indeed 300V took its name from the 300 victories achieved in motorsport by the brand up to that point.

Retaining the 300V name today, the MOTUL motorsport oil range is specifically formulated for racing applications. It is based around MOTUL’s unique ESTER Core technology, which combines the best performing synthetic base oils, including esters, with bespoke dedicated chemical additives. Used exclusively in the 300V range, this technology guarantees optimum competition lubricant performance. This is achieved by boosting power due to reduced internal friction. The oil also has high temperature resistance and oil pressure stability meaning increased reliability.

300V oils also offer the benefits of optimised polarity for maximal adherence of the oil film and a formulation of low volatility synthetic base oils meaning reduced lubricant consumption.

MOTUL says these lubricants have been developed for leading factory racing teams worldwide, but are also available to all motorsport enthusiasts and the general public.

Alpha Lubricants, the MOTUL distributor in Ireland, is currently seeking additional outlets for the MOTUL brand. Anyone interest in stocking MOTUL’s 300V Motorsport range or any of MOTUL’s Car, Motorbike or Marine brands, can contact Alpha Lubricants on 021 4889814 or email sales@alphalubricants.ie.
