Opel Ireland in conjunction with MAPFRE ASSISTANCE has extended their successful 'OPELPLUS' four-year warranty on passenger cars for 2012. They have also continued the five-year warranty on their range of light commercial vehicles. This added peace of mind strengthens Opel's commitment to quality on their full range of vehicles.

Opel's Managing Director, Dave Sheerin, commented: "In today's economic climate consumers are having to contemplate holding onto their vehicles longer and now with the introduction of the OPELPLUS four year passenger car warranty and five year commercial warranty, underwritten by MAPFRE ASSISTANCE, consumers can face their extended car ownership period with much greater assurance."
