Nissens Automotive highlighted the latest important addition to its efficiency and emissions programme at Automechanika Frankfurt, it new Throttle Body range.  

The component is a key part of the air intake system, sitting between the air filter box and the intake manifold, adjusting the engine airflow according to accelerator pressure 

Nissens’ new throttle body range covers the most popular applications and has been developed based on a thorough analysis of the market and car parc coverage data. The initial range of 77 items covers 280 OE numbers and 33% of the European car parc and is already being further expanded.

The entire Nissens range of efficiency and emission system parts caters to over 9,000 OE numbers and includes turbos, intercoolers, EGR valves, modules, and coolers. 

All of these parts are in genuine Nissens quality, which means they have been developed and tested for excellent performance, and long, trouble-free operation. Nissens Throttle Body is a product thoroughly tested in a complete functional, high-temperature endurance, durability, load, and corrosion test series. 

The product fits the engine layout precisely, and the necessary installation parts are included in the product box (First Fit product) whenever needed, and depending on the application. These include:  O-rings, gaskets and clips.
