Ryan’s Automotive are providing bodyshops and garages with a range of economical new options that can offer them an easy entry point into the lucrative sector of ADAS calibration.

The company says that many motor trade businesses are put off ADAS equipment because they see the investment cost as too high. However, it can offer a comprehensive range of solutions from lower cost entry packages through to premium systems.

The company has recently taken delivery of some new SmartsSafe-Launch ADAS equipment, with four possible kits to choose from, basic, standard, deluxe and premium. The higher the kit chosen the more coverage the workshop has. These kits also have the useful addition of an ACC reflector and mounting plate for calibrating the front radars on VAG group vehicles. This would normally not be included.

Seamus Ryan of Ryan’s Automotive says, “When people hear about ADAS equipment they think of tens of thousands rather than thousands and that's exactly where our prices start from. Our basic kit starts at as little as €6,950 and better still it is currently on sale at €5,950 and that still includes the ACC reflector and mounting plate for calibrating the front radars on VAG group vehicles. Or with the Standard kit for €7995 you will be covered for almost all frontal cameras and radars.”

Seamus also points out the Premium kit adds rear ACC, VAG Lidar, Doppler simulator and more, while the deluxe kit adds a huge range of targets for AVM, RCW, RFK, etc. All kit types are in stock with optional extras for the smaller kits are in stock and ready to go, meaning no long wait times for equipment.

Ryan’s Automotive can also supply MAHLE and SICE Digital ADAS kits and TOPDON Mobile ADAS.
