Laser Tools was one of the first tool specialists to fully embrace hybrid and battery electric vehicle technology by providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ for workshop high voltage vehicle requirements, covering all aspects of workshop safety, vehicle safety, personal safety, and appropriate VDE tools and equipment. The latest tool offering is a new VDE nut driver set.

The seven-piece set (part number 7482) covers the most commonly used fastener sizes: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm and 14mm. The driver and shaft are manufactured from tough chrome vanadium steel and they are fully insulated, designed for use on live circuits up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC. This provides the technician with the confidence to work on potentially high-voltage systems in the knowledge that the tools are extremely safe and of high quality.

The VDE nut drivers are also available separately, enabling the technician to build the set of tools that meets their personal requirements: 7436 4mm; 7437 5mm, 7438 5.5mm, 7439 6mm, 7440 7mm, 7441 8mm, 7442 9mm, 7443 10mm, 7444 11mm, 7445 12mm, 7446 13mm and 7447 14mm.

All the tools are presented in bright red and yellow insulation for easy recognition and are available now from local Laser Tools stockist.
