Expert aftermarket trainer and garage business consultant Andy Savva, ‘The Garage Inspector', will be returning to Ireland over coming weeks twice to deliver two training seminars that can prove invaluable to independent workshops looking to boost business and make their operations more profitable and efficient. 

Andy will deliver his highly popular Financial Understanding & Marketing Essentials course on Saturday September 24th and Sunday 25th and on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of November he will be offering his Leadership and Customer Excellence course, with both taking place at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Naas Road, Dublin. 

Andy developed and operated several highly successful garage businesses and more recently has been a highly respected garage consultant and aftermarket trainer. Financial Understanding & Marketing Essentials is a two day course. Day one covers garage finance and will allow attendees to interpret the 2-key financial statements, understand key performance indicators and the critical nature of labour and recovery rates. Day two covers marketing essentials for the garage business including the marketing 4 Ps, the impact of the marketing mix and the development of a customer centred approach.

Effective Leadership and Customer Excellence covers; the qualities of an effective leader, how to develop and improve personal actions, the difference between leading and managing, as well as looking at personal and team leadership. The course also shows how to develop team goals based on the business vision and sharing these with the team.
