Here is a concept car with a difference. It is not the work of a

leading car-maker, or even a design company but of Libyan dictator Colonel Gaddafi. “The Rocket” is one of two cars created to celebrate Muammar Gaddafi's 40 years in power and have been built to the Libyan leaders own design and spec.

This model was built by Italian constructor Tesco TS and was on display at an African Union summit in Tripoli. It cost 2-million to build and it’s a fairly safe bet that despite the somewhat dubious styling, few who saw it would have been critical.
