Time is precious in the modern workshop, so finding ways of doing common tasks faster and better is always of interest. Induction Innovations is a company founded by a collision repair technician who was the first to see the potential of handheld induction heating tools and equipment for the automotive aftermarket industry.

Using high-frequency magnetic fields, Induction Innovations offers flameless heating tools designed to solve problems, saving time and money. They can easily remove adhesives bonded to metal, fasteners bonded with thread lock compound, seized or corroded parts, auto glass, body mouldings, spray-on bedliners, graphics and more. The tools allow users to remove and salvage parts in record time saving up to 75%. They also eliminate the need for expensive toxic solvents.

Using an open flamed torch to remove parts is far more time consuming, can be dangerous and can  cause damage to the area surrounding the part, which can lead to expensive replacement. This is why more and more technicians are now using induction heating tools because it provides them with precise, safe, and reliable heat.

The Mini-Ductor Venom is the third generation in the Mini-Ductor series of handheld induction heaters. Generating Invisible Heat, the Venom heats up ferrous metals in seconds and releases them from corrosion or thread lock compounds without the dangers caused by open flames.

This tool not only saves time, but will often allow the technician to save and re-use parts normally discarded in the repair process. The angled pistol-grip design along with bendable coils allow the user to get to tight spaces where torches cannot go, making the repair process easier than ever before.

This makes the Mini-Ductor Venom ideal for the removal of lug nuts, bearings, exhaust manifold bolts, O2 sensors, tie-rod ends, vinyl graphics and much more. The tool has an LED usage indicator light to let the user know if the tool is heating properly, as well as an LED user-controlled work light. The Venom also features fan operation enhancements and comes with a two-year warranty.

The Venom comes with a carry case and three different coils: the 7/8” pre-formed coil, the U-form coil and bearing buddy coil. All coils are flexible and can be formed for a variety of applications.
