A new Autobiz online video has been released, which shows how garages can benefit from the use of an induction heating tool, to tackle corroded and seized fittings on a vehicle.

In the short video, Charlie McEnery of McEnery's Motor Services in Ennis, Co. Clare demonstrates the use of the Mini-Ductor Venom induction heater. In this instance, the problem is a completely sized nut on the track rod end of a Lexus Hybrid, making it impossible to carry out wheel alignment.

Charlie shows how the Mini-Ductor Venom can provide targeted induction heat to the nut, heating it quickly and safely and allowing it to be removed. Charlie says that the Mini-Ductor Venom saves his team a huge amount of time on this type of job and on hundreds of other applications around the workshop. It provides a faster and much safer alternative to the use of a gas torch and Charlie says has proved invaluable in his busy garage.
