The Irish Tyre Industry Association appoints new CEO

The Irish Tyre Industry Association has announced the appointment of Sue O’Neill as their new Chief Executive Officer.


Sue has many years’ experience providing bespoke management services to organisations and associations, helping them to remain relevant to members. Her responsibility will cover Strategy and Marketing Development, Business/Membership Development and Event Planning as well as Management and Administration support. Her experience also extends to working with the academic sector in connecting both SMEs and multinational organisations to drive innovation and collaborative research and she has also worked as advisor to Start-up Companies.

She is also the founder Generation, a creative agency offering advertising, design and marketing services across a broad spectrum of clients. Sue holds an MBA from Dublin City University, a Diploma in both Digital Marketing and Print Management and is a Graduate of the IMI Business Development Programme. She has previously served as a committee member of the Institute of Business Analysis & Consulting and has been a member of the Small Firms Association since 1993, where she has served on the council and is the current Chair of the association.

On her appointment Sue said, “I am looking forward to working with and supporting the ITIA members and to helping the association to grow and to develop its position as the national tyre industry representative body within the Irish motor industry”.
