Barry-John McHenry from Raheny in Dublin will contest the 2022 British Fiesta ST Championship.

 

A former Irish Dunlop Abarth Champion Barry-John will remain with his team Kellett Motorsport for his first full season of racing overseas. He has been racing since 2006 and has been part of the Kellett Motorsport team based in Kells since 2011.
 

McHenry is supported by sponsors; Dunshaughlin Motor Company, McHenry Car Sales Ltd., Carzone, Kellett Motors, Dunshaughlin Motors and JH Autobody and plans to take on all 7 weekends with 18 Races throughout the UK.
 

This season he will be racing the newer generation Fiesta ST which packs a punch with its 1.6 Turbo engine producing 240BHP and over 300ft pounds of torque running on 18” Slick tyres.
 

Barry-John who runs his Motor Dealership in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath has spent most of his racing life in One make series and is thriving for the opportunity on the bigger stage. The season kicks off in Brands Hatch on the April 9.
