With the Volvo Ocean Race (VOR) Festival kicking off on 30th June, the recruitment of volunteers is still ongoing and the organisers are continuing to look for people to "Get on Board" and join our team. It's a great opportunity for people to be part of this exciting event, the third largest sporting event in Europe this year after the European Football Championship and London Olympics whilst at the same time getting some very good experience on the CV.

In addition, for people who have time between now and the event there are a number of immediate exciting opportunities for people on the Box Office Team, Front of House Team in the Global Arena and for people with experience in event to support our Events Team.

These volunteers would be customer focused with excellent communication and people skills with preference with volunteer who have worked in theatres, cinemas or similar venues or from working on other festival events.
