Automated bodyshop developer Symach has made another bnodyshp project in North America, this time in Barrie, Canada.

Zenetec CSN is an independently owned multi shop collision centre and its brand new facility will employ Symach technology that uses Drytronic (electromagnetic wave technology) for drying paint, resulting in a brand new OEM type shine and a lifetime guarantee for customers.

The new shop will produce 90 repairs per week. It will be fully automated with Symach FixLine conveyor system with 6 robots to guarantee a perfect performance for all the phases of the repair process. This includes body filler, primer and paint.

Symach’s Osvaldo Bergaglio said, "This is the first large bodyshop we are implementing in the Canadian market and the design is based around efficiency, quality, volume of production and aesthetics. My international team will install and do training for 4 or 5 weeks with all the staff and managers.”

The 28,000 sq. ft. shop will include a unique bodyshop and a Automatic Car Wash with 6 independent bays for detailing as well as 5 bays for Vehicle Wraps, Window Tiniting and Glass Replacement.
