The ContiDrive App was proving a big focus of attention on the ContiTech stand at the Mechanex Show, with garages keen to see the latest version and find out about the benefits it can offer their business.

Sales Manager Mark Spofforth was on hand to demonstrate the App, which is available for all smartphones and tablets. He says, "Technicians who have downloaded the free app find it invaluable for product and technical information. They especially like the 3D graphical product images, which mean they can verify that they are ordering the right part and save themselves time and take away the inconvenience of having to reorder.”

The "ContiDrive" app includes full information on the ContiTech Power Transmission Group range of belts and belt-drive components, with detailed product-specifications and the most recent updates for the automotive aftermarket, in addition there are clear 3D graphics, exploded assembly drawings and animations. Pictures can be rotated and moved to view from any angle for easy product comparison with the part being replaced.

Mark says accessing the right product information is also quick and easy.  He comments, "You can scan the QR code, use the item number, use a comparative number, or enter vehicle data, to search for an article. Technicians often use the app to get installation tips and assembly instructions when working on a car, so they don’t have to leave the work area to access the information they need.”

The ContiDrive app is completely free and easy to download. Simply visit Google Play or the App Store and search ContiDrive.
