Remy Automotive has announced a significant extension to its brake caliper, steering and rotating electrics ranges, including a major expansion of its heavy duty rotating electrics programme.

A further 56 new references are added to Remy’s brake caliper range bringing the total number of references to over 3,500. New additions to the range for popular vehicle applications include the Opel Insignia, the Kia Cee’d, the Hyundai i30, the VW Passat, the Nissan Cube and the Toyota Auris.

15 further power steering pumps have been added bringing the total number of part numbers in the Remy steering range to well over 2,000, covering a total of more than 20,000 vehicle applications. New power steering pumps introduced include the Citroen Relay, the Land Rover Discovery and the Iveco Daily.

Meanwhile a further 20 new to range starter and alternators have been introduced bringing the total number of part numbers in the Remy rotating electrics range to well over 4,000 covering a total of more than 35,000 vehicle applications. New items include parts for the VW Transporter V from 2010 onward.

The addition of a further 256 heavy duty starters and alternators represents a significant range extension of Remy’s heavy duty rotating electrics programme. The majority of the additions are specifically for 24V applications.
