Ignition specialist NGK Spark Plugs will highlight its motorsport pedigree when it appears alongside the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers and teams at the Autosport International show next month.

The company has a long and illustrious history in motorsport, sponsoring some of the most successful Formula One, Rally and other four-wheel teams and competitors, helping them to achieve numerous world titles. In keeping with its motor sport involvement NGK will be exhibiting at the Autosport Show at Birmingham’s NEC on January 12-15, 2017.

NGK, which is renowned for supplying original equipment (OE) spark plugs, glow plugs and NTK Lambda and other engine management sensors, expects to attract many enthusiasts to stand 2850 where it will feature a Bentley Continental GT3 raced by Team Parker Racing in The Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup and also a racing simulator where visitors will compete for prizes.

Autosport International is Europe's largest indoor pre-season motorsport event and will be celebrating its 27th anniversary at the NEC. The show is unique in that it encompasses two trade-only days and also two days for the general public, featuring the very latest in motorsport, automotive and performance engineering technology, alongside cars and exhibitors from every level of motor racing.
