Ever since its introduction in 2001 the Opel Vivaro has been a popular van in its segment.

This week the Opel manufacturing plant in Luton witnessed another milestone in the flexible load master’s history, with the 750,000th Vivaro rolling off the production line.

“This is an impressive number for the Vivaro especially in this hard-fought market segment,” said Steffen Raschig, Opel/Vauxhall Director Commercial Vehicles. "The Combo, Vivaro and Movano are an important part of our growth strategy. We are on target to increase unit sales of these products by around 80 percent by 2022, from 83,000 light commercial vehicles sold in 2013 to 150,000 units in 2022,” he added.

Priced from just €21,995, Vivaro is Opel’s best-selling light commercial vehicle in Ireland. Dubbed the ‘office on wheels’, Vivaro combines the functionality of a van with the comfort of a passenger car, adding practical and innovative features to run a business.
