The FAI steering and suspension range continues to evolve to meet the needs of customers, with the latest enhancements reflected in a brand new 2015 catalogue.

FAI says it aims to offer customers a modern, up-to-date and highly relevant portfolio of steering and suspension components and this time around the company has placed a particular emphasis on improving the wishbone bush, anti-roll bar bush and strut mount ranges.

FAI is also producing new product innovations based on market feedback. For example, it has been identified that the ball-pin bearing of some OE plastic cap style link rods can be modified to improve longevity and strength. The part numbers selected for this enhancement are where the OE equivalent shows areas of stress. Key features include rotational torque and improved bearing and ball-pin design. The rotational torque has been improved by 55% which means that the ball pin will rotate more freely.

You can see all of these developments and more in the new 2015 catalogue, which features 600 new part numbers over and above the last catalogue, with a range now consisting of 4,500 items.

The new catalogue incorporates a diagram of the steering and suspension layout, a fault diagnosis log and a fully illustrated buyer’s guide.

As always, the focus on range development has been on the most modern vehicles on the road, with many parts for current models prominent, such as those for the Ford Focus 2011-, Ford Transit Custom 2012-, Renault Clio 2012, Toyota Auris and more.
