The ContiTech Power Transmission Group has introduced a new product packaging design which reflects the introduction of Continental’s new corporate image. The new design is first appearing on timing belt kits plus water pump and will be extended to all products in 2014.#

Product Manager René Borries commented, “The new image illustrates ContiTech’s innovativeness and capabilities. The layout is more modern, and the pictogram has also been replaced by a photo of the product.”

The new packaging also offers practical benefits in that it provides a higher level of product protection, with kit elements contained in different internal cartons. Borries  also pointed out that the new format also had a flatter design that enables better product presentation and easier product removal because of the larger lid.
