Society President Thomas Kennedy (Strongline Autoparts Ltd), welcomed all players to Thurles by providing breakfast and getting all off the first tee well nourished.

Thurles is always a favourite venue for the Society, and the attendance of 51 golfers representing Motor Factors and Wholesale Distributors from all parts of the country, endorsed this.

He also expressed his thanks for the continued support and sponsorship from the Wholesale Distributors and especially Qualvicom Ltd and National Autoparts, for their on-course refreshments and packs.

Society Captain John Nolan (Agri Auto Parts) reported the date for his Captains prize to be April 29th 2011, at Tralee Golf Club and urged all members to book early as this will be a great day out.
