If you like the idea of an electric car, but think that they lack a bit of character, then this specialist creation may provide the answer. It is made by electric conversion specialists Lunaz and is said to be the first all electric version of a classic Rolls-Royce.

Lunaz produced an initial model, based on an early 60’s Rolls-Royce Phantom V. After this gained a lot of attention, they have gone on to produce electric version of Rolls-Royce Silver Clouds. The company says demand is so high it is now doubling its workforce.

The makers say that the electrification process brings a new dimension of usability and driver engagement to some of the most significant luxury touring cars ever made.  Lunaz also makes electric versions of classic Bentleys and Jaguars.

The company prides itself of combining traditional skills such as coach building and upholstery, with advanced technology used in 3D design, a secretive electrification process and including the latest communication devices.

Prices for the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Silver Cloud conversions begin at £350,000 and each is subject to a strictly limited production run.
