LuK Aftermarket-Service Ltd - which from July this year will be known as Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd - has expanded its range of INA belt drive components.

The new additions include timing belt tensioner kits, Front End Auxiliary Drive system (FEAD) tensioners and deflection pulleys, and Over Running Alternator Pulleys (OAPs), which are designed to absorb vibrations and fluctuations in the FEAD.

A major introduction has been an OAP for the Vauxhall/Opel Insignia 2.0CDTi, 2.0 Biturbo 07/08-, and an FEAD tensioner for the BMW 1 Series (E81, E87), 3 Series (E90, 91, 92, 93) 1.8d, 2.0d, 2.5d, 3.3d, 2005.

There are also new products for Japanese and Korean models. An FEAD tensioner for the Honda Civic 1.4 and Jazz 1.2, 1.4, 2002-, a tensioner kit for the Toyota Avensis, Corolla, Previa, Rav 4 Mk II 2.0 D4D 2003-. Plus a tensioner kit for the Hyundai Accent, Elantra, Getz, Grandeur, i30, Santa Fe, Tucson, Kia Cee’d and Sportage 2.0 CRDi 2004-, and a FEAD vibration damper for the Toyota Camry, Hilux, Picnic, Previa, Rav 4II, III 2.0, 2.4, 1998-,.
