Lexus has once again topped the Which? Magazine Car Dealer satisfaction survey, the fifth consecutive year that it has won the award. The Japanese marque achieved a percentage score of 89%, in both sales and aftersales, in a poll of 77,000 Which? members.
When its comes to the sales side, Daihatsu rated second with Honda making it a top three clean sweep for Japanese car makers. Honda also topped the reliability poll. Losers in the ratings were Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat at the bottom of the table.
Interestingly the poll also concluded that drivers should consider independent garages as they generally offer cheaper prices and greater customer satisfaction than franchised dealers.
