Lexus Galway has won the Lexus Retailer of the Year Award which was awarded recently by Lexus Ireland.

 

The Retailer of the Year award recognises leading performance across several key performance indicators on both the sales and aftersales business. In addition, it recognises all Lexus Galway’s team members relentless focus on aiming to deliver great customer experiences which is called ‘Omotenashi’ a Japanese philosophy, which is unique to Lexus, of treating a customer like they are a guest in your home.
 

Commenting on the award Enda Brennan, Lexus Sales Manager says “We are delighted to win the Lexus Retailer of the Year award recognising our excellent customer service in both sales and aftersales. We look forward to the New Year where our continued aim is welcoming our new and existing customers and exceeding customer expectations and customer experience.”
