Irish duo win British title

Congratulations to Keith Cronin and co-driver Barry McNulty as the TEG Sport Team pair are crowned 2010 Dulux Trade MSA British Rally Champions at the final round of the season, the Trackord International Rally Yorkshire. Cronin creating his own piece of Irish Rallying history, as he is the first Irish driver to successfully defend the title.


For McNulty it was extra special as he only joined the partnership in January. The Cork/Fermanagh crew gelling immediately and McNulty playing a major part in the Subaru Pirelli TEG Sport Team success.

Celebrations were somber, however, as the pair dedicated their result to fellow TAG Sport competitor Jimmy Girvan who tragically passed away following an accident on the McRae Stages Rally earlier in the day. Next months issue will be dominated by a special feature on Keith and Barry's championship triumph as we look back at their march to the title.
